Will they really work my hours?

Where do they work from?
From our office in Cebu, Philippines, or from a set-up home office, under our supervision. Every assistant works in English, and you meet them on video before they start.
What tools can they use?
The ones you already use: Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, QuickBooks or Xero, your CRM, help desk, and project tools. If a tool is new to them, we train them on it.
How is my data kept safe?
Your assistant works only inside the accounts you give them, with their own login, so you can see and remove access at any time. We agree how your data is handled before work starts.
